There is going to be a new game coming out this summer, it is going to have to do something with music. Here is a picture from the game:
To me, it looks like a penguin flipper on a record. Comment on what you think the picture is or what you think the game will be about.
The new stage is out, it is a repeat of the Squidzoid Vs Shadow Guy and Gamma Girl, however there are some minor diffrences.
There is also a new costume catalog, but there aren’t any secrets in it.
In other news, unfortunately Club Penguin discovered some more bugs with the updates so they are delaying the release date once again. They hope to have all the bugs fixed by early next week so they can release the updates as soon as possible.
There is a new newspaper out today, in it you can see information about the Club Penguin Band, Penguin Mail and more. Here are the upcoming events:

Also the new features that I talked about in my previous post are all going to be released before the week ends.
The new features that I have been talking about are almost ready to be launched. Here is a list of all the new updates.

To see what these features are simply click the one you want to learn about. The features will probably be added in to Club Penguin sometime in the next couple weeks. Which feature are you excited of the most?
Penguin Mail is a feature that is going to soon be added to Club Penguin. It will allow you to save postcards, ignore postcards and delete them as well. You will also be able to send mail to offline buddies. Here is a picture of how Penguin Mail is going to look:

You will be able to see your mail by clicking the mail icon at the top of the screen. Comment on whether or not you like the idea of penguin mail.

Here are the clothing catalog secrets:
To get the Red Viking Helmet, click the belt of the Supernova Suit.
To get the Blue Viking Helmet, open and close the Red Viking Helmet 4 times.
Click the meter on the Diver’s Suit to get the Diver’s Helmet.
Click the top left part of the Green Tabard to get the Woodman’s Hat.
To get the Crystal Staff click the white part of the Emerald Hat.
To get the Cheese Tie click the right Green Rubber Boot.
There is also a wig catalog secret, to get the Spikette, click the Spikester.
In my last post about the changes being made to the player card in Club Penguin, you were able to get a preview of the changes being made to the player card. After some feedback, Club Penguin decided not to go with their original plans and change them up a bit. They plan on having this (and other features) released in a few weeks. Here is what the new design will most likely look like:

there is a new clothing catalog
here are some sneak peeks on the new set up for your clothing inventory. As you can see in the picture, your inventory will be split in to differnt parts, starting with head items going down. This is to make it easier for people to find the clothes that they are looking for.
The red X on the bottom right will remove every article of clothing from your penguin. The picture below is what will be shown when you are choosing your items.
They also plan on having a similar update for furniture items.

The reward for testing the servers during the Club Penguin Improvemnt Project (C.P.I.P) is a Red Hard Hat.
When you dance with that item on only, you will take out a red drill.

In other news: The Stage was updated today with the 12th Fish play. I totally forgot how much fun it was to dress up as a fish!! What is your favorite part? I heard some of you like taking your script and costumes to other places around Club Penguin and performing there. That’s a great idea!!!
Some of you may be wondering why the Switchbox 3000 isn’t a part of this play–I heard it could be used during the medieval party…

the twelfth fish is back
there is literally one thing different
here it is
there isn’t even a switchbox 3000
but i think it will be in the party somehow
also the pin is in the coffee shop move your mouse over the light and it will fall
also there is cool music in the lighthouse

Last week we launched the Treasure Hunt game in the Captain’s Quarters of Rockhopper’s ship and from what we heard, a lot of you enjoyed it! Rockhopper is gone from Club Penguin now, and that means the game is gone too. But don’t worry, you’ll be able to play Treasure Hunt again when Rockhopper returns.
Treasure Hunt, as you all probably know, is Club Penguin’s first ever cooperative game, where you and a friend can earn coins together. Here’s some behind-the-scenes art from the game:
Those are most of the dirt tiles made for the game. Treasure Hunt is a tile-based game, which means that a lot of the art for it was broken up into square pieces that could be used as many times as the game needs them. Each tile was made separately by an artist and then another designer took the tiles and programmed each one to change on the board after each move. Cool stuff.
This is the rough art of the wood fence that surrounds the Treasure Hunt game. After this sketch, an artist put clean black lines on top of it, colored in the wood planks and then it was ready to hold all the dirt tiles!
Oh, and before I forget, thanks for all the wonderful comments about the clothing catalog! We’re glad you’re having fun with it! There are a lot of secrets in this catalog–have you found them all? There’s one that’s not an item, but it’s still pretty cool!
